Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM CAT are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CAT are processed the next business day.
What We Ship
We ship school materials, learning resources, and stationery. We also ship uniforms and branded items. Digital learning materials are delivered electronically.
Delivery Methods
Standard Delivery is available for all orders within Zimbabwe. Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 business days. Costs are calculated at checkout.
Express Delivery is available for urgent orders within Zimbabwe. Estimated delivery is 1 to 2 business days. Costs are calculated at checkout.
In-Store Pickup is free of charge. Orders are ready the same day or the next business day. Pickup is at 23 Third Street, Tanganyika House, 1st Floor, Harare.
Shipping Destinations
We ship within Zimbabwe only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Free Shipping
We do not currently offer free shipping.
P.O. Box and APO/FPO Shipping
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.
Shipping Restrictions
Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM CAT for same-day processing. We do not deliver outside Zimbabwe. Some oversized items may require special arrangements.
Lost or Damaged Orders
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order is lost or damaged. Email [email protected] or call 078 581 0551. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Online School Deliveries
Students enrolled in our Online School receive all materials digitally. Physical materials for online learners can be arranged on request. Contact us to discuss delivery options.
Boarding School Deliveries
Deliveries to boarding students must be coordinated with the school administration. Contact [email protected] before placing an order. We will advise on the best delivery arrangement.

Delivery times may vary during school holidays and public holidays. Contact us for bulk orders or special delivery arrangements. We are happy to assist all six of our school branches with their delivery needs.
